Unlike conventional employee workshops and training, Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) offers a unique and effective way to improve communication, leadership, problem solving and team building by partnering with horses. Engaging in activities on the ground, no horseback riding involved, groups foster self-awareness, emotional intelligence and the importance of effective communication through guided interaction with horses. With their sensitivity to non-verbal cues and social behavior, horses provide a unique, non-traditional learning environment. This experiential learning facilitates reflection and growth, ultimately helping employees and companies navigate through interpersonal challenges and enhance overall relationships and job performance.
