We will never have to tell our horse that we are sad, happy, confident, angry or relaxed. He already knows-long before we do

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Equine Assisted Coaching?
Equine Assisted Coaching (or Equine- Assisted Learning) is an experiential learning opportunity partnering with horses to improve one’s own self-awareness and discover their strengths. A horse’s heart rate is half of a human’s so their energy level is much lower than ours, just being in their presence can lower stress. They are prey animals and live in the moment. They may experience fear but unlike us, do not obsess and stay anxious. They process and come back to the present. Through this experiential partnership with horses, the goal is to develop mindfulness and self-awareness, learning life skills including personal growth and ways to effectively deal with the challenges in daily life.
Do I need to know how to ride or have horsemanship skills?
This experience does not require horsemanship skills or riding. It just involves a horse and a facilitator or team that helps with whatever unfolds during the process in a confidential and judgment free setting. Come experience what a horse is “saying” and all they can teach through their calm wisdom.
